Second Amendment Under Attack Again

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Quote Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto as saying: “You cannot invade mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind each blade of grass.”

There is much confusion or downright ignorance that surrounds our Second Amendment. Many people believe guns are only for hunting while others carry them for self-defense. Sadly way too many believe this right to bear arms comes from the government.  All three are wrong.

Everyone hunted for food in those days they did not have a drive-thru for a burger so hunting was the intent of the Second Amendment but a given.  Next self-defense was also a given because there weren’t all the courts or police force in those days either so what then was the intent of our founders to not only give us the right to keep and bear arms but it was second on the list showing its importance?

Our Second Amendment was put in place by our Founders because they had just fought a war to free themselves from a tyrannical government.  That is the main purpose of our right to keep and bear arms, the right to defend ourselves from a tyrannical government, and how do you recognize a tyrannical government?  One way is when they continue to regulate and tax. Gun laws to continuously try and DISARM the people.  That is exactly what our government has been trying to do for the past several decades. Continue reading

Right to Carry Legislation introduced in Michigan – HB 4416-19

House Bill 4416-19   CONTACT CONGRESS IN SUPPORT OF THIS BILL

LANSING, MICH. — Legislation introduced today in the Michigan House of Representatives enables law-abiding citizens to carry concealed pistols without obtaining a government-issued permit.

The four-bill package is sponsored by Reps. Michele Hoitenga of Manton, Triston Cole of Mancelona, Sue Allor of Wolverine and Pamela Hornberger of Chesterfield Township.

The legislation is a step toward reforming Michigan firearm law to stop law-abiding citizens from being punished for exercising their Second Amendment right to bear arms.

“Responsible people shouldn’t have to obtain a special permit from the government to exercise a right that is guaranteed in both the U.S. and state constitutions,” Hoitenga said. “Other states have recently passed full constitutional carry laws, and I plead to my colleagues and our governor to pass this common-sense package that will allow law abiding women, like myself, to protect ourselves and our families without jumping through bureaucratic hoops. Criminals don’t complete the permitting process before they commit a crime, and it’s time we level the playing field for lawful people who want nothing more than to protect their families.”

Under current law, Allor said a person without a concealed pistol license could be legally carrying a gun openly on his or her hip and merely putting on a coat makes them in violation of the law.

“Simply put, that is nonsense. Whether or not a gun is concealed should have absolutely no impact on one’s right to defend them self,” Allor said. “Responsible gun owners shouldn’t have to obtain permits before they’re allowed to wear jackets over their guns while hiking, or exploring the great outdoors.”

Cole said people would still have to pass a background check when purchasing a handgun, and anyone currently prohibited from carrying a firearm will not legally be able to carry a concealed firearm if these bills are enacted.

“This is common-sense legislation that gives legal gun owners more freedom to carry their firearms,” Cole said. “These bills have absolutely no impact on the protections already in place to prevent criminals from purchasing handguns.”

Hornberger said the state would continue issuing concealed carry permits; this legislation simply eliminates the requirement to obtain a license to carry in Michigan. The current permitting structure will remain in place to allow Michigan CPL holders to continue to carry in states that recognize Michigan’s permit. In addition, a CPL will continue to allow people to carry openly in certain restricted zones.

“People deserve to have the rights our Founding Fathers laid out for us in the U.S. Constitution, especially the right to bear arms,” Hornberger said. “The fees required by the current law amount to a tax that infringes on this fundamental right.”

The legislation was developed with input from the recently formed Second Amendment Caucus, co-chaired by Hoitenga, Rep. Jim Runestad of White Lake and Rep. Scott Dianda of Calumet.

House Bills 4416-19 are expected to be referred to the House Judiciary Committee this afternoon.

Nearly 300 Arrested – CA Human Trafficking Raids

Nearly 500 arrested in California human trafficking raids

By Sebastien Malo

NEW YORK (Thomson Reuters Foundation) – Almost 500 people were arrested in a crackdown on human trafficking in California, police said on Wednesday, in raids that also led to the rescue of more than 50 victims, including children.

Police said they had rescued 28 children, some of whom had been reported missing, and also 27 adults who had been coerced into prostitution.

“We let everybody know throughout the state that … we’re going to aggressively go after the pimps and the exploiters, as well as the johns and especially the johns that think that they can prey on the minors,” said Kent Wegener, a lieutenant with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department

Police arrested 474 people and freed victims in and around cities from Los Angeles to San Diego and Santa Barbara in state-wide raids over three days in late January, Wegener said.

Charges against those arrested include pimping, solicitation of prostitution and human trafficking, said the San Diego Country District Attorney’s office in a statement.

The crackdown was carried out to coincide with the end of Human Trafficking Awareness Month in January, which former President Barack Obama proclaimed in 2014.

More cases of human trafficking were reported in California than in any other U.S. state last year, according to data from the National Human Trafficking Resource Center’s hotline.

Some 5,500 cases of sex trafficking were reported to the center’s hotline nationwide last year, according to its website.

Globally, nearly 21 million people are victims of human trafficking, according to the U.N.’s International Labour Organization. An estimated 4.5 million of them are forced into sex work.

There Is No Liberty With Innocents in Prison!

There Is No Liberty With Innocents in Prison!

For Immediate Release: February 1st, 2017

We The People of The United States of America, do hereby request the immediate assistance and intervention by President Donald J Trump, the U S Congress, the U S Attorney General, media outlets, churches, civic groups, and all freedom organizations, to join together in stopping the injustices befalling numerous Americans, who are now in prison as a result of out-of-control federal regulations. These victimized Americans have not committed any crimes, have harmed no other human being, and are good honest people. It appears that their only offense has been to offend federal bureaucrats, who have in turn done all in their power to make examples of otherwise law-abiding citizens. We beg the President and all public servants to put an end to these senseless and cruel atrocities. A brief review of only a few of these injustices are as follows: Continue reading

Representative Bergman – Support and Push Through H.R. 193

H.R. 193 – AMERICAN SOVEREIGN RESTORATION ACT OF 2017

Dear Representative Bergman:

First congratulations on our win!

I am writing to direct you as my Representative to vote ‘yea’ on HR 193 – American Sovereignty Restoration Act of 2017.

We need to be freed from the UN and their edicts that have contributed to the destruction of our Constitution of these united State of America that was put in place by our founders to bind the powers of government.
Treaties are between countries and not the people, especially the self-governing people of these united States.
The UN put the Small Arms Treaty into place that is in direct violation of our Second Amendment.
The UN is also pushing the Agenda 21 aka Agenda 30 dictates which again is in violation of our Constitutional REPUBLIC of, by, and for the people.
The United Nations is also a proponent of Codex Alimentarious that regulates our natural nutritional supplementation.   These unlawful edicts are repuganant to the people of this Constitutional REPUBLIC and there are other repugnant dictates  that also violate our rights to protect and raise our children in accordance to our values, principles, faith, and God given right to do so.

President Trump during his Inaugural  Address returned this country to the people as Sovereign Rulers over the government that is elected by We…the People to represent us while we go about our day to day affairs.  It is the duty of all three (3) branches of governance to defend and protect our natural God given rights from external and DOMESTIC enemies.

So my directive as a Sovereign of this Constitutional Republic is for you to support and push forward HR 193 which supports the position of our newly elected President Donald J. Trump and that of We… the PEOPLE!

Thank you,
Bonnie Frownfelter

Bill Introduced to REMOVE US FROM UN

ACTION ALERT: BILL INTRODUCED TO REMOVE THE UNITED STATES FROM THE UN

AMEXIT: Bill Introduced In Congress To Remove The US From The United Nations!
The GatewayPundit – The bill, titled the American Sovereignty Restoration Act of 2017, was proposed on January 3. It is cosponsored by a handful of Republican lawmakers, including North Carolina Rep. Walter Jones, Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs, Missouri Rep. Jason Smith, Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie, Tennessee Rep. John Duncan Jr., and Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz. Biggs said in a statement on Monday that he cosponsored the bill because he believes that “our sovereignty as a country is harmed by our membership in this body.” “We need to take a long look at our relationship with the United Nations to ensure that American interests are protected first and foremost,” Biggs said. “I’m grateful to Congressman Mike Rogers for introducing this legislation.”… The bill proposes barring the US from committing funds or troops to UN peacekeeping operations worldwide and stipulates that the UN must vacate property owned by the US government. It would repeal the 1973 Environment Program Participation Act, strip UN employees of diplomatic immunity in the US, and repeal the US’s membership and participation in the World Health Organization.

Why Do We Need To Separate From The UN?

WHY DO WE NEED TO SEPARATE FROM THE UN?

HR 193 – American Sovereignty Restoration Act of 2017

I had a fb friend PM me to ask what HR 193 actually means…

This was my response to him… decided I would share this brief summary here for others that do not understand fully what it means to the people:

The ‘United Nations Participation Act of 1945’ (NPA of 1945)) began the process of all the un-constitutional laws, codes, statues, regulations that have been steadily increasing over time…

We’ve been dictated to by the UN since this NPA of 1945…

You’re probably familiar with the ‘UN Small Arms Treaty’ which is why there was such a push to disarm the law-abiding gun owners of America…

Well that is one… another that most do not know about is Codex Alimentarius (nutritional supplement regulations that limit access)

Also… Agenda 21 aka Agenda 30 aka Sustainability .. Global Warming aka Climate Change

… AND most of the ‘Social Engineering’ taking place in our state schools that has replaced actual sound educational practices is also a dictate from the UN…

The UN has been running this country since this Act in 1945… so… for the people to regain our sovereignty this is one of the repeals that needs to take place… they are also the advocate for ‘AFTER LIFE’ Abortions to AGE 3 and are also proponents of allowing a small child only three (3) years of age the right to decide if they would like to have SEX WITH AN ADULT… legalized Pedophilia!

H.R. 193 would restore our Sovereignty as a Nation … It’s my understanding the Bill that is presented HR 193 has been presented with each new adminstration but never passes… for the first time we actually have the possibility it will under President Trump since he has given our sovereign rights back to rule over this country and GOVERNMENT as was intended by our Fore Fathers that gave us a Constitutional REPUBLIC and why I always state this when I hear the use of the deceptive word democracy…they did NOT give us a democracy … that was put in place by the communist (Bankers) to divide our people to gain control. (Divide and Conquer)

What President Trump did Jan 20, 2017 is powerful …but he will be fought every step of the way  by the Establishment and their LOUD MINIONS…

This could also be a  gauge to see who will support this HR 193 ‘American Sovereignty Restoration Act of 2017… and who won’t …those that don’t support it need to be ousted next election cycle!

This is definitely a Revolution … and if the people participate we’ll be liberated … so let your Congress Critters (as a dear patriot friend refers to them) know to support this…. time to burn up the phone lines… faxes… emails… and other means!

If you have the wherewithal FAX is the best way to contact Representatives because it leaves a PAPER trail that cannot be LOST… calls and emails can disappear but once there is paper it must be dealt with.
