Let us join in the prayer of our First President as he wrote to the Secretary of War on July 31, 1788.
“I earnestly pray that the Omnipotent Being who has not deserted the cause of America in the hour of its extreme hazard, will never yield so fair a heritage of freedom a prey to Anarchy or Despotism.”
The men who understand the uniqueness of our Constitution worried as to whether their posterity could keep it. Justice Joseph Story concludes his Commentaries with this warning:
“The structure has been erected by architects of consummate skill and fidelity; its foundations are solid, its compartments are beautiful, as well as useful; its arrangements are full of wisdom and order; and its
defenses are impregnable from without. It has been reared for immortality, if the work of man may justly aspire to such a title. It may, nevertheless, perish in an hour by the folly, or corruption, or negligence of
its only keepers, THE PEOPLE. Republics are created by the virtue, public spirit, and intelligence of the citizens. They fall, when the wise are banished from the public councils, because they dare to be honest,

Our fallen and wounded warriors gave it all to serve the people of this great nation. They willingly, and courageously gave it all, and many times without the support or gratitude of the very people, their country
men and women they served. They stood for “something”, and gave it all so you and I could have the freedom to speak our mind in public, so we could worship at an establishment of our choice in the open, so
we would have free travel and many other liberties we still enjoy today in America that we take for granted and do not realize they are being taken from us.
The wind is shifting and we know not where this shift will take us, will it bring an alarm to awaken the people before it is too late? Perhaps a complete restoration of our de jure republic in unity of spirit for
justice, freedom and liberty anchored in truth and honor, or could it be, our America, “the land that we love” will be forever “changed” to a corporate conglomerate of regional zones policed by foreign powers, the
new shareholders. Our standing military is in place to serve the people and they take an oath to defend our constitution, which is the restraints binding the powers of the government. I’m confident they will
honor this oath in these uncertain times, because they are the heroes that give their all.
Our veterans are true American heroes because they stood and fell for what our America represented to all nations and peoples, “freedom and prosperity.”
As everyone gathers together in celebration of Memorial Day, I pray a moment we be taken to honor our troops and their families, past, present and future for the sacrifices they make daily, and the ultimate
sacrifice some have already made. In closing I will leave with this prayer:
“Lord God, Heavenly Father, we praise Your holy name for You truly are gracious and merciful. As we go about our daily lives and forget those that courageously serve their countrymen and women, please hold
them up and protect them in battle, be that in the field, on foreign soil or on our own streets or in their neighborhoods and homes, be it in their physical body or their spiritual, emotional being, strengthen them
and show them wisdom to discern and follow their heart in all things. They are up against more than just foreign nations because they must fight the enemy within our borders as well.. Please encourage them to

I am appointed to the position of Secretary of the Interior for the Republic. When we can move on things like this, I want to help families like this one, and it will take National and State level departments that
would be involved, to work together to stop this harassment of the family farm. There needs to be education at the state levels to notify these farmers that we exist, teach them, and bring them into the Republic
so that we can protect them, while the de facto still breathes.

There is a twp dispute going on over zoning for "transient" rentals. Those that want the rentals wish to change the zoning to commercial so they can "legally" operate and there are those against the change in
zoning, because it affects their residential neighborhoods. I understand both positions.
Let me ask this question: Why is there a zoning commission involved? Why are the people going to a zoning commission instead of face to face working it out between themselves in their communities?
You see the problem isn't actually the rental itself, it is the intrusion from disrespectful guests and the owner not addressing the issues or not even available to address them. Years ago before all the 'big brother"
take-over into our lives people worked through these issues themselves face to face, but ah yes, that was back when "love thy neighbor" was practiced. There weren't "zoning commissions" to dictate ....People
did not need a zoning commission to decide if a waste treatment plant should be in their backyard, the common sense of the people would know this, but how many neighborhoods does this happen to because
the zoning commissioners are paid off? How many wetlands could not be disturbed by the people for their purposes because of the ECO system, then a big CORPORATION comes along with big money and
the zoning is then changed for the big CORPORATION.
In our de jure republic, the people, not the "commissions" work it out among themselves, if they are not able to they have jural assemblies to mediate a compromise with one another to find a solution that creates
a win/win for everyone. There are gray areas, it is not all black and white. The defacto corporation is designed for winners and losers. If the only option is a zoning commission deciding what can or cannot be
done with ones property, someone always loses and it creates even more hostility in communities, it is not a coming together in the community united, but you see, this is exactly what the defacto UNITED
STATES CORPORATION needs, for the people to stay at odds with each other.
In the de jure republic people talk to one another and address the problem looking for solutions so everyone wins on some level. Government cannot solve our problems for us because the defacto UNITED
STATES CORPORATION is the problem, we need to take care of these issues ourselves. Remember, zoning commissions can be bribed, bought, and ultimately used to drive you from your land, be it directly
or ind indirectly, and a little bit at a time. I think most of us learned about the frog, put a frog in boiling water and it'll jump out, but put a frog in cold water and turn up the heat and it will cook to death, we are
the frog that was put into cold water, but now we are getting to the boiling point, are we going to jump out or cook to death? Jump out of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION into our de jure republic of,
by, and for the people.
There is another twp that is presenting the idea of "taxing personal property" this is over and above property taxes, it is a taxing of "personal" property such as automobiles, trucks, tractors etc. Sound ludicrous,
yes it is, but this is just another level in which the UNITED STATES CORPORATION has over-stepped it limits (boiling point of water is 212 F were getting very close), of course, a CORPORATION has no
limits, it is our de jure republic that puts limits on government, because our de jure republic is of, by, and for the people. To be free, one must stand up and "act" free, not by attacking the CORPORATION, but
by doing what our Declaration of Independence gives us the freedom and right to do if it becomes repugnant or tyrannical to the people, it actually tells us it is our duty to change it. This is what we are doing.
We are changing our governance to one of, by, and for the people. It is not new but very old, and it is peaceful and lawful, it is our original de jure republic that was in place before the usurpation by the UNITED
STATES CORPORATION.
We are not a group, an organization, or a club, we are the people spread out across this nation. Our original constitution is still alive and well...God bless America, land that I love, stand beside her, and guide
her.... Will you stand with us?

Why am I posting the below email response to everyone, (including myself) because we all feel our inadequacies from time to time. We are working against great odds that would love to see us fail…but as our
forefathers stayed the course so must we. We have their template in our founding documents but we must not let the corporate schooling of this age detract us from the foundational truth we are building our de
jure republic on. This nation was great when the people were actively involved and they were not higher education people for the most part…when the highly educated (bankers, lawyers and judges) got involved
that is when the corruption began.

You sound like a very well-rounded individual with many skills, and most importantly wisdom from our Lord. I have to say I do not seek the Defacto for information other than to learn “what not to do”. The
corporation government called the, “UNITED STATES” is not even close to what our de jure republic should be.
If you’ve managed a business or your home, managed a budget for a business or your home, managed the inter-functioning of a business or your home, educated your children about right and wrong and practice it
yourself, if you utilize sound common sense and have faith to know our Lord will guide your every step then you are qualified. I've stepped out in faith by God’s calling and I allow Him to let me know what I
need to know when I need to know it. Does this mean I do not “pay attention” to those that are learned in our constitution and what they have to say, no... I gleam all I can, but I test it against common sense and
God’s word that is written in my heart, and I especially do NOT accept it just because they said it, as you shouldn't either..
It is the highly educated that are now on the cusp of “evolving to gods” because of the superior education they pride themselves on. It is the corporate mentality that we’ve all been conditioned to that has
usurped our de jure republic. Our de jure republic is of, by, and for the people. Every day, common people and this is why common language for the people is most important. We are not corporations, we are
human beings created in God’s image, and we need to start acting like it and step up as free men and women reverencing our Creator, whom also happens to be our Lord and Savior.
Do I know how to be a governor… a Defacto Corporate Governor… no, I don’t….But a de jure governor serving the people and keeping their best interests at the fore-front of my thoughts …yes I do….And
how can I say that with confidence…because it is not by my might but Almighty God’s… by His grace only... Yes I can, and not exclusive to only those that share my faith, but to all people, because we are all
human beings!
Let me remind you though, this is an interim governance only while we’re getting it in place, and transitioning in…we are basically seat holders, learning as we go, some of us may be able to keep the seat we are
holding and some of us will move to one we are better suited or step down completely as new people come along.
You are correct in your thinking, all expenses come out of our pockets until we are able to secure funding, and national is working on that, but as I, and the rest of our de jure officials have discussed, as much as
funding would make more provisions for us, it could also be the beginning of yet another debt enslavement, and what would be the conditions of the contract. So, I’m not going to jump on the funding wagon as
soon as it comes along, but I’m one voice, and we’d all vote on it.
I have a strong faith that if this is to be, Almighty God will provide all of our needs, just as He does for our families, He will also do for our de jure republic if this is to be.
Take all the time you need Randy, but remember a man or woman with common sense based on God’s truth can wear many hats, an individual educated by the world often wears only one, and it might not be the
right one.

Let us join in the prayer of our First President as he wrote to the Secretary of War on July 31, 1788.
“I earnestly pray that the Omnipotent Being who has not deserted the cause of America in the hour of its extreme hazard, will never yield so fair a heritage of freedom a prey to Anarchy or Despotism.”
The men who understand the uniqueness of our Constitution worried as to whether their posterity could keep it. Justice Joseph Story concludes his Commentaries with this warning:
“The structure has been erected by architects of consummate skill and fidelity; its foundations are solid, its compartments are beautiful, as well as useful; its arrangements are full of wisdom and order; and its
defenses are impregnable from without. It has been reared for immortality, if the work of man may justly aspire to such a title. It may, nevertheless, perish in an hour by the folly, or corruption, or negligence of
its only keepers, THE PEOPLE. Republics are created by the virtue, public spirit, and intelligence of the citizens. They fall, when the wise are banished from the public councils, because they dare to be honest,
and the profligate are rewarded, because they flatter the people, in order to betray them.” (Hall & Slater, 1983)
Our fallen and wounded warriors gave it all to serve the people of this great nation. They willingly, and courageously gave it all, and many times without the support or gratitude of the very people, their country
men and women they served. They stood for “something”, and gave it all so you and I could have the freedom to speak our mind in public, so we could worship at an establishment of our choice in the open, so
we would have free travel and many other liberties we still enjoy today in America that we take for granted and do not realize they are being taken from us.
The wind is shifting and we know not where this shift will take us, will it bring an alarm to awaken the people before it is too late? Perhaps a complete restoration of our de jure republic in unity of spirit for
justice, freedom and liberty anchored in truth and honor, or could it be, our America, “the land that we love” will be forever “changed” to a corporate conglomerate of regional zones policed by foreign powers, the
new shareholders. Our standing military is in place to serve the people and they take an oath to defend our constitution, which is the restraints binding the powers of the government. I’m confident they will
honor this oath in these uncertain times, because they are the heroes that give their all.
Our veterans are true American heroes because they stood and fell for what our America represented to all nations and peoples, “freedom and prosperity.”
As everyone gathers together in celebration of Memorial Day, I pray a moment we be taken to honor our troops and their families, past, present and future for the sacrifices they make daily, and the ultimate
sacrifice some have already made. In closing I will leave with this prayer:
“Lord God, Heavenly Father, we praise Your holy name for You truly are gracious and merciful. As we go about our daily lives and forget those that courageously serve their countrymen and women, please hold
them up and protect them in battle, be that in the field, on foreign soil or on our own streets or in their neighborhoods and homes, be it in their physical body or their spiritual, emotional being, strengthen them

I am appointed to the position of Secretary of the Interior for the Republic. When we can move on things like this, I want to help families like this one, and it will take National and State level departments that
would be involved, to work together to stop this harassment of the family farm. There needs to be education at the state levels to notify these farmers that we exist, teach them, and bring them into the Republic
so that we can protect them, while the de facto still breathes.

There is a twp dispute going on over zoning for "transient" rentals. Those that want the rentals wish to change the zoning to commercial so they can "legally" operate and there are those against the change in
zoning, because it affects their residential neighborhoods. I understand both positions.
Let me ask this question: Why is there a zoning commission involved? Why are the people going to a zoning commission instead of face to face working it out between themselves in their communities?
You see the problem isn't actually the rental itself, it is the intrusion from disrespectful guests and the owner not addressing the issues or not even available to address them. Years ago before all the 'big brother"
take-over into our lives people worked through these issues themselves face to face, but ah yes, that was back when "love thy neighbor" was practiced. There weren't "zoning commissions" to dictate ....People
did not need a zoning commission to decide if a waste treatment plant should be in their backyard, the common sense of the people would know this, but how many neighborhoods does this happen to because
the zoning commissioners are paid off? How many wetlands could not be disturbed by the people for their purposes because of the ECO system, then a big CORPORATION comes along with big money and
the zoning is then changed for the big CORPORATION.
In our de jure republic, the people, not the "commissions" work it out among themselves, if they are not able to they have jural assemblies to mediate a compromise with one another to find a solution that creates
a win/win for everyone. There are gray areas, it is not all black and white. The defacto corporation is designed for winners and losers. If the only option is a zoning commission deciding what can or cannot be
done with ones property, someone always loses and it creates even more hostility in communities, it is not a coming together in the community united, but you see, this is exactly what the defacto UNITED
STATES CORPORATION needs, for the people to stay at odds with each other.
In the de jure republic people talk to one another and address the problem looking for solutions so everyone wins on some level. Government cannot solve our problems for us because the defacto UNITED
STATES CORPORATION is the problem, we need to take care of these issues ourselves. Remember, zoning commissions can be bribed, bought, and ultimately used to drive you from your land, be it directly
or ind indirectly, and a little bit at a time. I think most of us learned about the frog, put a frog in boiling water and it'll jump out, but put a frog in cold water and turn up the heat and it will cook to death, we are
the frog that was put into cold water, but now we are getting to the boiling point, are we going to jump out or cook to death? Jump out of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION into our de jure republic of,
by, and for the people.
There is another twp that is presenting the idea of "taxing personal property" this is over and above property taxes, it is a taxing of "personal" property such as automobiles, trucks, tractors etc. Sound ludicrous,
yes it is, but this is just another level in which the UNITED STATES CORPORATION has over-stepped it limits (boiling point of water is 212 F were getting very close), of course, a CORPORATION has no
limits, it is our de jure republic that puts limits on government, because our de jure republic is of, by, and for the people. To be free, one must stand up and "act" free, not by attacking the CORPORATION, but
by doing what our Declaration of Independence gives us the freedom and right to do if it becomes repugnant or tyrannical to the people, it actually tells us it is our duty to change it. This is what we are doing.
We are changing our governance to one of, by, and for the people. It is not new but very old, and it is peaceful and lawful, it is our original de jure republic that was in place before the usurpation by the UNITED
STATES CORPORATION.
We are not a group, an organization, or a club, we are the people spread out across this nation. Our original constitution is still alive and well...God bless America, land that I love, stand beside her, and guide

Why am I posting the below email response to everyone, (including myself) because we all feel our inadequacies from time to time. We are working against great odds that would love to see us fail…but as our
forefathers stayed the course so must we. We have their template in our founding documents but we must not let the corporate schooling of this age detract us from the foundational truth we are building our de
jure republic on. This nation was great when the people were actively involved and they were not higher education people for the most part…when the highly educated (bankers, lawyers and judges) got involved
that is when the corruption began.

You sound like a very well-rounded individual with many skills, and most importantly wisdom from our Lord. I have to say I do not seek the Defacto for information other than to learn “what not to do”. The
corporation government called the, “UNITED STATES” is not even close to what our de jure republic should be.
If you’ve managed a business or your home, managed a budget for a business or your home, managed the inter-functioning of a business or your home, educated your children about right and wrong and practice it
yourself, if you utilize sound common sense and have faith to know our Lord will guide your every step then you are qualified. I've stepped out in faith by God’s calling and I allow Him to let me know what I
need to know when I need to know it. Does this mean I do not “pay attention” to those that are learned in our constitution and what they have to say, no... I gleam all I can, but I test it against common sense and
God’s word that is written in my heart, and I especially do NOT accept it just because they said it, as you shouldn't either..
It is the highly educated that are now on the cusp of “evolving to gods” because of the superior education they pride themselves on. It is the corporate mentality that we’ve all been conditioned to that has
usurped our de jure republic. Our de jure republic is of, by, and for the people. Every day, common people and this is why common language for the people is most important. We are not corporations, we are
human beings created in God’s image, and we need to start acting like it and step up as free men and women reverencing our Creator, whom also happens to be our Lord and Savior.
Do I know how to be a governor… a Defacto Corporate Governor… no, I don’t….But a de jure governor serving the people and keeping their best interests at the fore-front of my thoughts …yes I do….And
how can I say that with confidence…because it is not by my might but Almighty God’s… by His grace only... Yes I can, and not exclusive to only those that share my faith, but to all people, because we are all
human beings!
Let me remind you though, this is an interim governance only while we’re getting it in place, and transitioning in…we are basically seat holders, learning as we go, some of us may be able to keep the seat we are
holding and some of us will move to one we are better suited or step down completely as new people come along.
You are correct in your thinking, all expenses come out of our pockets until we are able to secure funding, and national is working on that, but as I, and the rest of our de jure officials have discussed, as much as
funding would make more provisions for us, it could also be the beginning of yet another debt enslavement, and what would be the conditions of the contract. So, I’m not going to jump on the funding wagon as
soon as it comes along, but I’m one voice, and we’d all vote on it.
I have a strong faith that if this is to be, Almighty God will provide all of our needs, just as He does for our families, He will also do for our de jure republic if this is to be.
Take all the time you need Randy, but remember a man or woman with common sense based on God’s truth can wear many hats, an individual educated by the world often wears only one, and it might not be the
right one.
