clarification because it is very well put together. I'm not a fan of Alex Jones because of his theatrics in fear-mongering but he has reached a vast portion of our population by using the tactics he has. There will

This is some helpful FYI... According to their Public Law 108-447 section 111:
- To commemorate the September 17th, 1787 signing of the Constitution of the United States, Congress has designed September 17th of each year as CONSTITUTION DAY and September
17-23 of each year as CONSTITUTION WEEK.
In 2004, Public Law 108-447, Section 111 was passed required the following: "Each educational institution that receives Federal funds for a fiscal year shall hold an education program on
the United States Constitution on September 17 of such year for students served by the education institution. "...each Federal agency or department shall provide educational and training
materials concerning the United States Constitution to each employee...on September 17 of each year."
You could contact your local Board of Education and ask them what they are doing for this Monday...It will at least get the conversation going on the U.S. Constitution.

ADDITIONAL ELECTIONS LIMITS ON PROPERTY TAX ISSUES
The House Redistricting and Elections Committee is expected to vote next week on legislation to further restrict when local governments can ask voters to approve millage questions. HB 5219 is scheduled for
committee action Tuesday. As introduced, it would limit millage proposals and bond proposals to even-year November ballots. It is expected the bill will be amended but still keep bonds and new millage questions
off February and May ballots. MTA opposes the legislation based on its inflexibility. State law was amended a few years ago limiting elections to four dates per year. Each date was selected to ensure that critical
issues could be resolved in a timely manner. This year alone, the state has found it necessary twice to schedule elections outside of the prescribed dates, once for a presidential primary and once for a special
congressional election. While most townships already steer tax questions to August and November ballots, there are situations where this may be extremely impractical. These months fall in the middle of a typical
township’s fiscal year. If a catastrophic financial event occurs, a township would have no means to secure citizen support for a solution until months after the impact.

We are well aware that MTA (Michigan Township Association the red plague over Michigan) And other anti citizen attorneys like to use these elections to try and ram their issues through with a minimum
amount of voters. Having other issues on a primary ballot is confusing and misleading the electors. All DeFacto government employees appointed or elected must come to the realisation that the ratio of
government workers vs industrial , and all other none governmental workers is way out of balance and cannot continue at the present rate. Most all of these none governmental workers have given up wages and
benefits etc. while governments go on with raises and benefits like nothing is wrong. All of these issues could be handled if the township was conducting a proper Annual Meeting of the Electors without the out
side interference of MTA and other anti citizen people. The Annual Meeting of the Electors is where the electors delegate to their servants what they want done during the year and any other lawful business
before the board. See the legislatures version of 41.8 not the one that MTA and others are passing around to strip the power from the electors. There is no need for a local unit of government to try to circumvent
or supersede what the legislature has put in place . The usurpation of the electors rights and powers has gone on for so long that the electors will have to be educated in their rights and authority's. One addition is
that elections are very expensive for the tax payer.

The original law of the land put in place for human beings from our Creator, Almighty God is the Ten Commandments, or as some call them, "the law of Moses". I do not like using the law of Moses because there
are many mosaic laws that fall under the law of Moses that are not valid for America today. The Ten Commandments are part of our law form for our free de jure state of Michigan, please refer to the constitution
page above to read it. The Lord, our God only gave us Ten Commandments to adhere to, and those ten were reduced further to only two. The defacto Corporation government has over 60 million in place and
creating more daily.

The notice in the Flint Journal was listed under Announcements/personals, so I called and spoke with Jake. Jake stated he was told to put it under the personals because it was "personal". I reassured him it was
not personal, and it was a public notice. While we were yet speaking he stated that he changed the heading to Public Notice, and it will be corrected in tomorrows printed edition and should show online after 6 pm

September 09, 2012 Are Guns the problem or could it be something else?
Except from an email -
"In spite of waiting periods, background checks, fingerprinting, government forms, etc., guns today are too readily available, which is responsible for recent school shootings. In the 1940’s, 1950’s and
1960’s, anyone could buy guns at hardware stores, army surplus stores, gas stations, variety stores, Sears mail order, no waiting, no background check, no fingerprints, no government forms
and there were no school shootings."
I was born in the early 50's and grew up in the 60's and 70's. The 60's were the beginning of the moral decay in our country and an out-right rebellion against authority, which equates to "rebellion against God".
We rapidly became a godless society through the years. I watched this transition from right being right based on an absolute truth, to right is now wrong and there are no absolutes, everything is relative. I watched
black and white TV with wholesome "family" show such as "Father Knows Best, Lassie, Bonanza, Ozzie and Harriet, etc". The family was intact and actually talked to one another and always took meals together
cooked by Mom, Grandma, or both. Families took care of their aging parents and neighbors helped one another and the barter system was strong, and our country was strong.
Then came the violent movies, R rated today would have been XXX yesteryear. The family was torn a part by women's liberation, and the work force was reduced for the fathers of the household to provide for
their families. Moral decay flourished as did total corruption we are seeing today. Are guns the problem, no, they are not, but do we hear an outcry from parents to clean up the airwaves, the media spewing out
such violent acts that are not only on our TV's, at the movies but also we allow to come into our homes directly to our children via video games and music. The root of the problem is not guns and there will be no
change in America until the people stand united, one nation, under Almighty God... and start looking at the root of the real problem and not the manufactured deception to further an agenda in motion.

My follow-up comment: We must not allow this stereotyping of our honorable veterans that have served under their oath to our constitution for the American people. This is propaganda being circulated to yet
again target a group of people that are speaking out against the unconstitutional edicts coming out of DC. "Persistent stubbornness" can be a conviction on what is "right or wrong" or put another way, "justice vs
injustice".
"Resistance to directions", what if it is an unlawful direction that is being given, one that goes against your faith or ideology, will you follow the directions?
Since when is peer pressure a mandate? In years past it was considered a good thing that a person didn't just go along with the crowd, what if the crowd is doing something harmful or goes against your values and
principles? This is now considered a mental illness?
"Deliberately annoying others", WHO? What group of people takes priority over another that they can determine if someone is deliberately annoying and have them declared mentally ill? Lets see, the US
Corporation defacto government is deliberately annoying the people by unconstitutional and unlawful propaganda and labeling of law abiding citizens, perhaps they should adhere to their own edicts and they
should all be sequestered to mental hospitals. We would all be safer, richer, and happier.
Let's see the last symptom goes back to the second, "testing limits by ignoring orders", has anyone questioned what these orders are/were? What if an order is given to completely annihilate/exterminate a complete
village of non-combatant men, women and Children? Would you follow that direction/order just because it was given or would you stand on what is right according to truth and say, "no, you'll have to do it
yourself because I'm not murdering innocent men, women, and Children!" Until you walk a mile in another man's shoes it would probably be best to leave judgment alone. Support our Troops, and God bless

"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any
kind whatever, from any Emperor, King, Prince, or foreign Power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of
them."
The Real Thirteenth Amendment, shown above, was ratified March 12, 1819 with the vote of the Virginia General Assembly to publish the Revised Code of the Laws of Virginia with this article of amendment
included in the Constitution of the United States, and thus it became an integral part of the Constitution for the United States of America. This amendment added a heavy penalty, not included in the original
exclusion of Titles of Nobility provided in Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution, upon any person holding or accepting a Title of Nobility or Honour, or receiving any emolument, other than their legitimate
earnings, under any guise from external sources, by making that person "cease to be a citizen of the United States" and "incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under the them, or either of them." This

comment: our republic is here and has always been here. It is our "independent thinking" based on COMMON SENSE we need to take back. Our individual identity as a people that has been replaced by a

UPDATE: CBS 6 News’ Catie Beck said the judge dismissed the case Thursday against Brandon Raub. The judge said the original petition for Raub’s detention contained no facts. In other words, there was no
information on why Raub was being held — and the judge deemed this violated his civil liberties.
August 17, 2012 Clarification for the People
Our free de jure state of, by, and for the people is just that, the people. We are not a club, group, organization, or a political party. We are the people reclaiming our original de jure republic according to our
unalienable rights to do so, and we are structuring our self-governance of,by, and for the people to accomplish this goal. It is not about politics and we are not politicians or lawyers, we are the people. There is no
one leader because the people are the leaders. So we do what we do independently of one another but collectively as a team sharing information. We are learning what needs to be done within our free de jure state

August 13, 2012 INTERIM DE JURE LT. GOVERNOR APPOINTED BY THE INTERIM DE JURE GOVERNOR
Michigan, a free de jure state now has an interim de jure Lt. Governor. The appointment was accepted per telephone conversation mid-morning today. Details to follow at a later date. UPDATE : After reviewing
our ratified de jure constitution one of the revisions was that the LT. Gov had to be nominated, then elected, and not appointed by the Governor, so this was changed to a nomination and as you see the above post,
dated Aug 16, 2012, our interim Lt. Governor for our free de jure state was actually elected.
August 10, 2012 Michigan State and Local Govts Propose NDAA Nullifying Bills
Citizens of Michigan continue to press for passage of a state law that would nullify the execution of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) within the boundaries of the Great Lakes State. One such
effort was begun by Michigan Representative Tom McMillin on June 14 when he introduced his bill to prevent the arrest and indefinite detention of citizens of his state under the authority of relevant provisions
of the NDAA. According to the text of the legislation:
No agency of this state, no political subdivision of this state, no employee of an agency of this state or a political subdivision of this state acting in his or her official capacity, and no member of the Michigan
national guard on official state duty shall aid an agency of the armed forces of the United States in any investigation, prosecution, or detention of any person pursuant to 50 USC 1541, as provided by the federal
national defense authorization act for fiscal year 2012.

Work to nullify NDAA detention provisions also continues at the local level in the Great Lakes State. On July 18, Oakland County Commissioner Jim Runestad introduced an NDAA Liberty Preservation
Resolution for consideration, and on July 26, Allegan County Commissioner Bill Sage will introduce an identical resolution to that county commission.
County Commissioner Sage is quoted in the TAC article saying, “Citizens cannot stand by and permit this type of travesty against the U.S. Constitution that all local, state, and federal officials took an oath to
protect.” In an effort to bolster the strength and scope of the grassroots campaign in his state, Sage and other like minded Michiganders formed a “citizens’ action committee” called WOLF PAC. WOLF stands for

[Thoughts to ponder: why do you suppose this is one of the Bill of Rights? Do you think perhaps there were some injustices that took place and this was needed to prevent it from happening again? Could it be
we need to trust the reasoning of our founding fathers and the people that lived in this era and what they experienced, as opposed to the "empty promises" of those spouting claims now for their own gain? If
they can make one of these rights null and void, they all will be null and void]
IV The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon
probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
[Thoughts to ponder: Where does a swat team busting through a door enter into this right? It may not apply to you but it does to others and if their right is being violated you can bet that sooner or later yours
will be too in some other form. If they can negate any of these rights they can negate them all. How about you're traveling and get pulled over and they want to search your automobile? Most would say,
"thats ok I've nothing to hide" when did we start thinking like this? It is not about having something to hide, it is about OUR RIGHTS to live as FREE PEOPLE... in liberty from POLICE STATE tactics,
but we all say we are free..really ..Are we?]
V No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the
Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any
criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.
{Thoughts to ponder: the single most injustice that jumps out at me here is the unlawful seizure of people's property because they "rented" to someone dealing drugs that they had no knowledge of....I'm sure
you could probably think of a few too...oh that's right...how about the new NDAA law...I think those are the right letters, but if not, I think you might know to what I am referring]
VI In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which
district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for
obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
[Thoughts to ponder: only one NDAA?]
VII In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any
court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
[Thoughts to ponder: Who ultimately gains from this, does a percentage go somewhere besides the injured parties pocket? Follow the money to whether a right is protected or attacked or altered for benefit]
VIII Excessive bail shall not be required nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
[Thoughts to ponder: Isn't this rather ambiguous and left to many different interpretations? It was placed in our Bill of Rights for a reason, could it be that it was for the "people" in the assemblies local to
them to make the decisions?]
IX The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
[Thoughts to ponder: this is a very good one to ponder and when I do I think about all the statues, codes, and UCC regulations that grossly infringe on the rights of a free people, can you think of a few
perhaps?]
X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
[Thoughts to ponder: This is huge, just because the constitution doesn't pointed say the government can't do something does NOT mean they have the right to do it, if it is not specifically stated or not stated then
it is NOT something the government can do, it is reserved directly to the people and this flow is the people, the state, then LASTLY the US government. This is a very powerful amendment and people really
need to contemplate this and exactly how many ways it has already been stepped on!]

What would happen if the parents of the children in our de jure state were to stand up and demand that our children be educated in the basic foundation for learning that made this country great years ago, such as,
reading, writing and arithmetic! Parents must demand that ALL SOCIAL PROGRAMMING IS STOPPED. We're rapidly approaching another school year and it is status quo as usual. The cost to run the
schools keeps going up while the quality of education is missing. Parents please find out exactly what your children are being exposed to in the state schools. Home schooling became very popular because parents
paid attention to what propaganda was being forced on the public and most parents have no idea of the agenda behind it. This was done by design, so many parents work so hard to provide for their families that

My notes: These first two amendments are extremely important and must be why our founding fathers placed them at the top. Take away the first amendment and stifle the people's freedom to speak freely and

Take away the second amendment or regulate it and it takes away the people's rights and according to the
TENTH AMENDMENT the US Corporate Government does not have the authority to do so. Where in the Second Amendment does it say arms can be carried only for sport or hunting? Where does it say that
the US Corporate Government can decide who should be able to carry arms? Where does the second amendment say what arms can be carried?
THINK...If the laws already in place were enforced we would not need to create yet more laws that infringe on the rights of the law abiding, self-governing people of the United States of America.
Taking our rights or regulating them out of existence that were given to us by our Creator, "Almighty God", and that were framed in our founding documents by our founding fathers to LIMIT the US Corporate

It is time for all the countrymen/women of these United States of America to stand together as one voice for our freedom and liberties that are systematically being stripped by the US CORPORATION INC

In this era of uncertainty it is always very prudent to be prepared for whatever might happen. I know it is difficult for those that are struggling day to day to make ends meet, but please keep extra beans, rice,
canned goods, powered milk, and WATER on hand. I live in a very rural area and power outages are common whenever there is a severe storm or high winds, especially in the winter, so I've always had extra
provisions on hand. Please take the necessary steps to start building a reserve, extra cash on hand could be good too. Remember Katrina and what happened, so have a plan and be prepared. An ounce of
prevention is worth more than a pound of cure!

July 10, 2012 JURY NULLIFICATION
Quite often in Administrative or Admiralty courts we as jural members are not advised of our true rights and responsibilities. A judge may say "as a jury, all you need to decide is if a law was broken." This is only
partially true.
As a jury we also have the right,in individual cases, to overturn a bad law, even though it was admittedly broken. I'll give an example: Joe is an honest hard working man who was laid off his job and his
unemployment benefits ran out. His children were hungry so Joe, who is otherwise law abiding and honest, shot a deer out of season. No one with the exception of the corporate State (who misses out on license
fees and/or fines) is injured. A Law Enforcement Officer saw him do this, and arrested Joe. Now the case is before you, the jury. YOU as a jury members have the right ,in this case, to overturn the law. All the jury
has to do is say "NOT GUILTY".
This not only exonerates him (frees him from blame,or gets him "off the hook"), but it also stops the courts from trying him in a superior court on the same charge.
Given the state of today's administrative and Admiralty courts, JURY NULLIFICATION is We the People's last resort to bad laws. If just one person on a jury knows about and is willing to use JURY
NULLIFICATION, at worst it becomes a hung jury, and a re-trial. If that person on the jury can convince others on the jury of the correctness of JURY NULLIFICATION , then the defendant is exonerated. Also,
as a jural member you have no fear of repercussions, or the judge lawfully overturning your decision, the court can do NOTHING to you for excersizing your rightful duties. The more of us who know and realize
our true duties, responsibilities, and rights as jurors, the faster we can nullify bad laws, and perhaps with God's help regain what we have lost.

July 4, 2012 INDEPENDENCE DAY!!
Have you ever wondered what happened to the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence ?
FIVE SIGNERS were captured by the British as traitors,and tortured before they died.
TWELVE had their homes ransacked and burned.
TWO lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army; another had two sons captured.
NINE of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the REVOLUTIONARY WAR.
THEY SIGNED AND THEY PLEDGED THEIR LIVES, THEIR FORTUNES, AND THEIR SACRED HONOR.
WHAT KIND OF MEN WERE THEY?
TWENTY-FOUR were lawyers and jurists.
ELEVEN were Merchants,
NINE were Farmers and large plantation owners; men of means, well educated, but they signed the Declaration of Independence knowing full well that the penalty would be death if they were captured.
CARTER BRAXTON of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships swept from the seas by the British Navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts, and died in rags.
THOMAS McKEAM was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family almost constantly. He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were
taken from him, and poverty was his reward.
Vandals or soldiers looted the properties of DILLERY, HALL, CLYMER, WALTON, GWINNETT, HEYWARD, RUTLEDGE and MIDDLETON.
At the battle of Yorktown , THOMAS NELSON, JR. noted that the British General Cornwallis had taken over the Nelson home for his headquarters.
He quietly urged General George Washington to open fire. The home was destroyed and Nelson died bankrupt.
FRANCIS LEWIS had his home and properties destroyed. The enemy jailed his wife, and she died within a few months.
JOHN HART was driven from his wife's bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His fields and his gristmill were laid to waste. For more than a year he lived in forests and caves, returning
home to find his wife dead and his children vanished.
So take a few minutes while enjoying your 4th of JULY holiday and silently
thank these patriots. It's not much to ask for the price they paid.
