OUR FREE DE JURE STATE REPUBIC OF MICHIGAN IS HERE!
WHAT IS THE DE JURE REPUBLIC?
The year 1776 marked America’s victory in the war for independence. The lawful right to re-inhabit is inherent in The Declaration of
Independence circa 1776.
The Declaration of Independence, one of our founding documents, declares our right to change, alter or abolish any system of
government that we believe is contrary to the safety and security of the American people.
We have claimed our right to exist as the true de jure (lawful) people on our land, thus exercising our CREATOR God-given
unalienable rights! Our rights do not come from the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, OUR RIGHTS ARE GIVEN TO US
BY our CREATOR, ALMIGHTY GOD... The Constitution and Bill of Rights are in place to BIND the power of the elected
servants put in place by the people, of the people, and for the people to represent the people as the people self-govern using
common sense and the natural law of the land.
The DE JURE republic of self-governance of the people, by the people, and for the people is officially re-inhabited in our free state of
Michigan. It is up to the people to claim their de jure status and educate themselves how to live in a free society, truely free, not just
an illusion of freedom granted us by the defacto corporate government. We need to learn how to live, think, and conduct ourselves as
a free people, which comes with great responsibility towards others. It's time we moved away from the self-centered society we've been
programmed so well to be, and move back towards a sense of community, helping each other instead of continuing to empower the
corporate government to enslave us with more regulations. We already have over 60 million statues, codes, and regulations on the
books with more being written daily by our corrupt legislation, our Creator only gave us TEN!
The de facto UNITED STATES CORPORATION was unlawfully established by the forty-first congress in 1871 by deceptive means and without
proper consent from “ the People”. The American people were placed under involuntary servitude by a “Legal” system of admiralty laws that have
continually violated the “Constitution for the united States of America”, “Bill of Rights” and the “Declaration of Independence”. The corporate
constitution was changed from the original form, wherein Amendments were unlawfully added and removed without the people’s consent. Since
1871, the abuses of this corporation upon the American people are inestimable and unconscionable. De facto Congress has repeatedly violated
their Oaths of Office, fiduciary responsibilities, and in many cases, committed treasonous acts against “The People” of the united
States of America.
We are asking for the support of all Citizen Militias across this free de jure state, and nation... to help us end the tyranny that has been perpetrated
by the unlawful actions of the UNITED STATES CORPORATE government and build our de jure republic according to our founding documents
that were put in place to limit government.. We shall achieve this goal PEACEFULLY AND LAWFULLY, with boldness, integrity and truth,

in Michigan. September 05, 2011 people of Schoolcraft County, amended settlement proclaiming all of Michigan one dejure republic county with Schoolcraft restoring
our dejure republic to all people of Michigan. The original 1835 Constitution of Michigan was adopted. September 22, 2011 dejure revisions to the 1835 Constitution
begin, language defined, missing metes and bounds included, common language to further bind the power allotted to people elected to serve in government. February 02,
