It is time we make the State and Attorney General Obey the Law.

The Attorney General agreed with the Baker’s in court that the Baker pigs were legal but then never quit the attack on the Baker’s and their business.

It is time we make the State and Attorney General Obey the Law.

 The Law

“The Departments of Natural Resources has the power and jurisdiction over the management, control, and disposition of all land under the public domain,”  MCL 324.503

 “Public domain

“means all land owned by the state” MCL 324.301

No other power or jurisdiction was given to The Department of Natural Resources by the Michigan legislature; Why because the people have never given the legislature jurisdiction over personal private property.

When the Constitution is Silent it can give NO AUTHORITY!

§ 1 Disabilities of coverture abolished; separate property of wife; dower.

§ 2 Eminent domain; compensation.

§ 3 Homestead exemption.

§ 4 Escheats.

§ 5 State lands. The legislature shall have general supervisory jurisdiction over all state owned lands useful for forest preserves, game areas and recreational purposes; shall require annual reports as to such lands from all departments having supervision or control thereof; and shall by general law provide for the sale, lease or other disposition of such lands.

§ 6 Resident aliens, property rights. Aliens who are residents of this state shall enjoy the same rights and privileges in property as citizens of this state.

Bottom Line

Don’t you find it strange the people would enumerate in the Michigan Constitution jurisdiction over state owned land to the Michigan legislature but be silent concerning private property? And if you think that jurisdiction and police powers comes from common law, think again.

Article III § 7 Common law and statutes, continuance.

“The common law and the statute laws now in force, not repugnant to this constitution, shall remain in force until they expire by their own limitations, or are changed, amended or repealed.”

The people have never given the legislature constitutional authority over private property which included the Baker Pigs.

Subject: Baker Family, May the Lord Bless you and Keep you  . . .

Funeral announcement: death of a Family Farm, death of the original American way-of-life!

After viewing the announcement, sit quietly for just a few minutes and ask yourself, “Am I still living in the United States of America?”

Also consider the Saginaw Valley . . . All of the “Franken” areas, Frankenmuth, Frankenlust, Frankentrost were settled by German (Franken) farmers.  Their farms had been ravaged during WWII by the Third Reich so they came to the U.S. and found their way to the Saginaw Valley to experience the freedom that once covered our great land.   Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness . . .

A couple of centuries later the Republican Reich that has obviously forgotten the “master/servant” relationship that the Constitution speaks of has stomped on these revered tenets that we all hold dear.

What is your response going to be to this absolute outrage?

For starters, anyone currently holding a position of honor and prestige by being elected by “we the people” and SERVING US in Lansing needs to be thrown out on their head!  Not a single representative or senator came to the aid of the Baker’s – not one!  Oh, many of them  talk a big story when confronted about it and they love to pass the buck, just like the attorney general’s office, but any one of them could have started the ball rolling to stop the Republican Reich’s march against the Baker’s.  (Note: there are other farmers who have been put out of business by this current regime, they just went away quietly).  The attorney general could have stopped this with a single phone call to the DNR.

Elections are just over 10 months away.  Every single person currently serving needs to be challenged and not a single vote cast for a person presently “working” in Lansing.

Remember, this is the gang that just raised your taxes after they were told in May by a resounding 80%+
of us, “DON’T DO IT!”

On a personal note, I feel like I’ve received a death announcement today.  How does a man serve his country for 20 years, save money for his “dream” of raising his family on a farm and then have it taken away by people who we pay to do the people’s business?  Honestly, it makes me want to puke!

Of course our first concern is for the health and well-being of Mark, Jill and the children.  Once this is achieved the patriots in this state need to come together for a comprehensive and deafening response to this tyranny.

I’d like to end my announcement with God’s Word.  Ultimately His will prevails and those responsible for this injustice will be tried by a Judge that’s beholden to no one.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust.”

Surely He will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.

He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.

A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.

You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.

If you make the Most High your dwelling – even the Lord, who is my refuge – then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent.

For He will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.

You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

“Because He loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.

He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.

With long life will I satisfy him and show him My salvation.     Psalm 91

Please join me in praying for rescue and refuge for the Baker family and may 2016 bring them peace,
