My note: It seems the title to this article is misleading. The "Commission of Agriculture and Rural Development" is regulating and enforcing "zoning laws";
they are not banning animals on small farms. Is this an issue to be concerned about...absolutely! What is the real issue here?
A question to ask is: Why this commission is regulating instead of the people that live in the county or township?
People need to realize that just because a law or regulation is passed at the STATE level does not necessarily mean they have to adopt it in their county. The county and
townships have power to stop laws that would be egregious within their local communities.

Interestingly enough, when GWB was president you heard about the military deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan almost daily. With Obama in the White House, the

The commander in chief is AWOL. Not a peep, although he ordered the White House flag flown at half-staff for the Sikhs that were killed. There is a deep disgust, a
fury, growing in the ranks of the military against the indifferent incompetence of this president.
It has taken on a dangerous tone. No one knows what to do about him, but the anger runs deep as the deaths continue with no strategic end in sight to the idiocy of this
war. Obama has had 4 years to end this futile insanity, during which time he has vacationed, golfed, campaigned, and generally ignored the plight of our men and
women in uniform. But, there is now a movement afoot in the armed services to launch a massive get out the vote drive against this president.
Not just current active duty types, but the National Guard, Reserves, the retired, and all other prior service members. This is no small special interest group, but many
millions of veterans who can have an enormous impact on the outcome of the November election if they all respond.
The one million military retirees in Florida alone could mean an overwhelming victory in that state if they all show up at the polls. It might not keep another one hundred
U.S. troops from dying between now and November, but a turn out to vote by the military against this heart breaking lack of leadership can make a powerful statement
that hastens a change to the indifference of this shallow little man who just lets our soldiers die.

and similar swine breeds.
The attorney general's office asked the Michigan appeals court to take the case Friday. The state says Judge Thomas Solka of Marquette County made errors in his
March 24 decision.
In 2010, the Department of Natural Resources designated exotic swine as invasive species that are off-limits in Michigan. The DNR says they're escaping into the wild
from game ranches and small farms and damaging the environment. But the judge says the policy is vague and leaves unclear which swine are covered. He declared it
unconstitutional. Owners had challenged the DNR order, saying they're being unfairly blamed because their animals are not getting out.

My note: People need to rally around these farmers in support and make sure this appeal is turned down. This is another case just the same as what is taking place in
NV right now at the Bundy Ranch. More and more of our land is being dictated to it's usage, and this is "private" land usage not public land. The Federal agencies are

- They came for the cattle ranchers and I was so thankful I didn't have cattle and wasn't in that area so I didn't have to do anything
They came for the pig farmers and whew...thank goodness I don't have pigs and don't have to worry about that hassle either
They came for the ponds, lakes, and streams, and heck, I don't have waterfront property, they are probably really rich and deserve what they get anyway
but then they came for my home, and suddenly I realized what the conspirators had been talking about wasn't "conspiracy" at all, but it was too late
because there wasn't anybody left to stand against the tyranny I thought wouldn't come to my doorstep!
This is also about another food source being shut down as all the small farms are being run out of business by state regulations. Why do we continue to allow this kind
of tyranny? Who are these people that sit up in their "servant run" homes with their million dollar accounts dictating to We...the people about every single aspect of our
lives. If we treated our children this way they'd be taken away from us so fast and we'd have "criminal" charges against us but yet we allow our public servants to treat
us like we are lowly animals instead of human beings created in the image of Almighty God with un - a- leinable rights and all we want is to be left alone to make a
meager living and feed our families.
If even one American's right is being infringed upon all our rights are being infringed upon. I don't care if you are white, black, red, yellow, Christian, Catholic, Jew,
Muslim, Atheist, man, woman, child, poor, rich, renter, owner, progressive, conservative, or yet in the womb...all that are American by birth or lawful means have the
same benefit of our Constitution and Bill of Rights, and if even one of these is having a right infringed upon we all need to stand up for that right because if they are
allowed to ignore one... it null and voids the rest by default but it takes away the strength of our founding documents. Grass roots America... It is up to us to seek
Almighty God's face in humble repentance to ask for mercy hoping He'll hear from Heaven and forgive our wickedness and heal our land. Then we need to get busy

BLM - Bundy Ranch
Here is the problem. The BLM and BLM attorney out of Sacramento, Nancy Zahedi, are running this entire law enforcement action. The Sheriff has told Mr. Bundy he
is staying“neutral”. As you are aware, every land law passed by Congress has reserved civil and criminal jurisdiction to the states unless they have a specific session of
exclusive jurisdiction by the State legislature under Article I, Sec. 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution. The lands at issue here are held in “proprietorial interest only”
jurisdiction, wherein the federal government has the same status as “any other land owner.”
I spoke with the Bundy’s and my brother this morning. Here is what is happening on the ground according to them. They said over 40 government vehicles including
BLM, Park Service, Homeland Security and FBI passed by their property this morning, not counting rent-a-cowboys, and other bureaucrats that are elsewhere on the
ranch. They understand from a Mesquite city police officer and their personal friend (whose department has been ordered by Clark Co. Sheriff Gillespie to stand down)
that the Bundy’s should not be deceived; that the BLM has hired special forces wearing BLM gear to run this operation. Also, at a private airport near the Bundy ranch,
photos were taken of a military helicopter landing and military men in full military gear disembarking. This possibly invokes the Treaty of Posse Comitatus. The Bundy’s
say their ranch is completely surrounded by federal forces on the hills around the ranch.
Clearly the Clark Co. Sheriff has committed malfeasance of office by allowing federal employees impersonating law enforcement officers to breach the peace in his
county and not running this impoundment himself under state law. I sit on the Board of Agriculture and we have brand inspectors situated in the middle of this fracas
for whom I am concerned. However, as far is Congress is concerned, I believe the time has come to open investigative hearings into these land management agencies
and their widespread unlawful law enforcement activities.
My questions are these: Under what authority are these bureaucrats receiving appropriations for law enforcement guns, equipment and manpower? Under what
authority are they conducting these activities? These same questions apply to the USFWS raid on Gibson Guitar. As you are well aware, Congress has only granted
federal law enforcement authority in very limited instances.
On the local level we obviously need Sheriffs like Sheriff DeMeo in the neighboring county of Nye to stand up to these thugs. But the reality is in the west that the
lowest level federal employee can waltz into practically any office from Nevada’s Governor on down and claim they have supremacy under the Supremacy Clause and
Territorial Clause and our local officials will most often submit, including the Governor. We for all practical purposes have a territorial governor, a sheriff who instead
of serving at the pleasure of the folks who elected him, serves at the orders of the BLM. It goes downhill from there. These federal agencies need to be disarmed.
Unless the United States and individual states intend to continue down this slippery slope of acquiescing to an unelected, armed, federal police force operating under an
unlawful assertion of power, then I believe we had better get control of this situation soon. We need everyone to follow the law INCLUDING federal employees. These
out-of-control federal land management bureaucrats are an obvious place to start.
I have attached several papers addressing the issue of the Supremacy Clause and federal law enforcement authority. I have additional information on this subject which
I am happy to provide.

Why are we constantly "banging our head against the wall" to get our PUBLIC SERVANTS to honor their oath and PROTECT OUR RIGHTS instead of looking for
new ways of watering them down to ultimately take them completely? Why are we allowing them to legislate new BILLS that further regulate and erode our basic God
given rights as human beings instead of enforcing the over 60 million laws already on the books that would keep the guns from the real CRIMINALS instead of making
laws to criminalize its law abiding citizenry?
I don't know about you but time and time again it has proven to be never ending to fight these continuous UN Constitutional Bills. We win this one and another comes
along behind it with a new number and slightly different wording...and they'll keep doing it until they WEAR US DOWN and we throw our hands in the air and submit.
Are we NOT smarter than this? Why do we continue to play THEIR GAME by their rules? It is time we get serious and TAKE ACTION before we are no longer able
to because we are completely fenced in with no wire cutters to escape.
What are they doing that they are keeping the people busy with this nonsense? Sellling our Great Lakes Water perhaps, or the fact they allowed HLS to declare
Michigan to be a Constitution Free Zone? What are they up to that they continue to keep we...the people busy defending our RIGHTS?
Meanwhile our economy continues to erode and more and more small businesses are crushed under the heavy hand of regulation to eliminate competition for the
corporations that want it all. Again...What exactly is it these politicians are doing for us? Oh that is right, look at that previous sentence again for the answer, in place
of "politician" should be "PUBLIC SERVANT" but we've allowed them to rise to an "elite" (in their mind) standard because we've been busy trying to provide for our
families as they continue to take more and more to put into their own coiffeurs and take our rights away to protect their position of power and financial gains.
As they lose more and more power around the world this heavy hand will come home, and it already is. The control they've exerted around the world that is being
stripped from them is being built up across our country now for THEIR PROTECTION against the citizenry of this country. They are trying to push the people into
confrontation to exert their power and crush the opposition to their agenda. This is why it is imperative that the correct action be taken...and that ACTION is a
RECALL, which is a lawful procedure that can be taken by the people.
Colorado successfully implemented a RECALL and Michigan can do it too. Why let Senator Levin just waltz off in a cushy retirement? Our state would recover
financially if we culled our herd of politicians and CUT SALARIES AND BENEFITS. This is what a FREE PEOPLE do, our Republic is of, by, and for the people but
if the people are MIA this is what we get, politicians that follow those that support their lust for money and power.
We should not have to do battle with our PUBLIC SERVANTS to honor their oath, and I don't care that they are defacto, or a corporation, our DECLARATION OF
INDEPENDENCE states it all and I suggest everyone revisit it and learn it well. They usurped our republic and transitioned us into this corporate crap and WE...THE
PEOPLE can usurp it back and take us back to the foundation of our forefathers. All it takes is for the people to SHOW UP and TAKE CONTROL, and start a

God created the earth, God created man, man created government and it is man’s responsibility to watch over his creation. Our Constitution is not an experiment; our
Founders had studied economics, such as Adam Smith’s Wealth of Nations, the history of governments like the 1100 Charter of Liberties, Magna Carta of 1215,
Petition of Rights 1628… Human nature and human greed and desire for power is the same today as it was hundreds of years ago. So the Founders used this
knowledge to build our Constitution to protect our liberty from a tyrannous government. In all the past governments the King controlled all the land and our
founders knew that for true liberty and prosperity to exist the government must not control all the land; it was to be put in the hands of the people. But sadly
we feel we are being slowly but surely turning America back into a Kingdom.
This is agenda 21 in high gear, this Bill must be stopped!

Introduced by Rep. Wayne Schmidt (R) on January 8, 2014, to repeal a cap on the amount of state-owned Department
of Natural Resources land that was imposed by a 2012 law, and approve a “strategic plan” this law required the DNR to
produce as a condition of removing the cap on state-owned land.

January 12, 2014 MICHIGAN NULLIFIES NDAA INDEFINITE DETENTION
Michigan Governor Rick Snyder (R) signed bill SB0094 [2] into law yesterday. The bill nullifies Section 1021 of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA),
which is the indefinite detention clause.
Ben Swann spoke with SB0094 sponsor Michigan Senator Rick Jones (R) [3], who said:
“Historically Michigan first asserted 10th Amendment rights in 1855 when we passed a law to block the Fugitive Slave Act.
I thought of this great history as I pushed the bill to nullify the NDAA. No US citizen should have to fear being thrown into
jail or prison without charges. I got support from both sides of the political spectrum. With the Governor’s signature,
Michigan states no local police, state police, sheriff or Michigan National Guard will assist the feds with holding a US

My Note: This BILL and the heading for it is deceptive in nature. The NDAA was not nullified in its entirety but only one section, and that section was
just stating that Michigan law enforcement would not assist the feds in holding a citizen without Habeas Corpus...the question... Will they stop them?

January 03, 2014 State attorneys general claim ObamaCare changes are illegal (My note: (Michigan is one of the eleven state attorneys)
Eleven state attorneys general are slamming the Obama administration for making repeated changes to ObamaCare without consulting congressional lawmakers, which
they say is illegal. In a Thursday letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, the group specifically criticizes the administration’s decision to allow
insurance companies to sell policies that would otherwise be out of compliance with the Affordable Care Act for another year. The group says the insurance “fix” flies
in the face of both federal and state law because it “compounds illegal executive action.” “We support allowing citizens to keep their health insurance coverage, but the
only way to fix this problem-ridden law is to enact changes lawfully; through congressional action,” the letter states. The attorneys general also express concern over
the security of the ObamaCare enrollment exchanges, and accuse the administration of ignoring the potential vulnerability of consumer information.
“As attorneys general, we take the privacy of our states' consumers very seriously and are deeply concerned about the Administration's decision not to propose and
implement rigorous privacy standards for outreach personnel,” the letter states. The attorneys general state they would appreciate the HHS’s “prompt attention to these
critical concerns.”
The letter was written by West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey and signed by his counterparts in Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan (my
emphasis), Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas and Virginia.
